My Health Journey
Population Health Management System
Personal medical data is mostly stored and managed in medical institutions, and the public's accessibility to medical data is limited. Individuals have difficulty possessing insight into their clinical health data, and the mobility of medical data is not easy.
Modern people have increased mobility due to the new mobile lifestyle e.g. frequent moving the residences. An alternative way of institution-oriented medical data storage and management is needed. In addition, it is important to increase the utilization of quality medical data generated from home e.g. ECG measurement through smartwatches.
‹My Health Journey› project is a platform that allows individuals to own, manage, and use medical data beyond traditional hospital-centric medical data storage and management. The user can safely and easily view or manage the medical data generated inside or outside the hospital. In the "home" the most important medical service space, users can collect, view, and manage their medical data to help to manage users own health.
‹My Health Journey› is not only an individual health data platform but also contributes to a public healthy life by analyzing public health data.

통합 건강 관리 시스템
개인 의료 데이터는 대부분 의료기관에 저장/관리되고 있고, 환자 스스로의 의료 데이터 열람 편의성은 극히 제한적이다. 개인은 스스로의 의료 데이터의 소유에 어려움이 있으며, 의료 데이터의 기관 이전 또한 간단하지 않다.
동시대 현대인들은 높아진 이동성 덕분에 주거지 이동이 잦고, 국가간 이동 또한 많아지면서 장소(location) 중심의 의료 데이터 저장/관리에 대안이 필요하게 되었다. 아울러 스마트 시계를 통한 심전도 측정 등이 가능해 지면서 병원에서도 의료기관 밖에서 생성되는 일상-의료 데이터의 활용도를 높이는 것이 필요하다.
‹나의 건강 여정(My Health Journey)› 프로젝트는 기존의 병원 중심의 의료 데이터 관리에서 벗어나, 환자 스스로가 의료 데이터를 소유하고 이용하게 하는 디지털 의료 정보 플랫폼이다. 사용자는 병원 안 또는 밖에서 생성되는 의료 데이터를 안전하고 손쉽게 열람하고, 관리할 수 있다. 가장 중요한 의료 서비스 공간으로 떠오르고 있는 "가정"에서도 얼마든지 본인의 의료 데이터를 수집, 열람, 관리 할 수 있어 결론적으로 환자는 스스로의 건강관리의 주도권을 확보한다.
‹나의 건강 여정› 플랫폼은 개인의 건강 관련 데이터 플랫폼 일 뿐만 아니라 다수의 건강 데이터를 교차 분석해, 대중 건강 증진에 기여한다.
